How long will it take to receive my order?

Since most items are personalized, please allow 10-15 business days to receive your items.   If you need your item immediately, we are happy to rush your order for an additional fee.  Please contact us or indicate you need a rush when placing your order.  

How are my items mailed?

We know how important your purchase is and want your order to be received as quick as possible.  Most items are mailed USPS Priority Mail.  You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. 

What is the order of initials you would use for a monogramming?

Personalized gifts are very personal. When monogramming for a single person you would typically use the following order: first initial, last name initial, middle initial with the last name initial appearing larger. 
For example: Elizabeth Ann Johnson would be E J A.
 
When monogramming for a couple, you would typically use the following order: Last name initial in the middle appearing larger, the Woman's first name initial to the left and the Man's first name initial to the right.
For example:  Elizabeth & Keith Johnson would be EJK.  See the "Monogram Tips" for more detail. 

Is your payment site secure?

Any payment information received online is through a secure website.   Your credit card number is never seen or stored by anyone.  Any information given to us will not be sold or released to any third party.

Do I have to pay with a credit card online?

Unfortunately, we are unable to take checks online.  We also accept Paypal for your convenience.  You are able to use Paypal if you have a bank account. 

Do you offer gift wrapping? 

We are happy to gift wrap your item.  Please specify that you wish to have your gift wrapped in the "Comments" section of your order and indicate what you would like to say on the gift card enclosure.  We offer a beautiful damask gift wrap with raffia bow.  If the gift is for a man or baby boy, we will substitute the appropriate gift wrap.  Gift wrap is additional $5.00 per item.

What are my payment options?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.  We also accept Paypal transactions.  In the event you wish to pay by a personal check or money order, please contact us at customercare@allaboutmecompany and we will make arrangements with you.
