Policies
All personalized items are non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-returnable.
If there is a problem with your order, please notify us within three business days. If products are damaged, they will be replaced using the exact personalization as the original order. If there is a change in the personalization, it will be charged as a new item. All items that are not personalized may be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Customer is responsible for all shipping & handling charges. All returns must be made within thirty (30) days of original receipt date. All merchandise carries a 30 day warranty against manufacturer defects or damages.
Personalized merchandise is custom made upon order and is non-cancellable, no-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages. Customers have 24 hours from placement of custom orders to cancel. Please review your order and make sure the personalization is correct. Plesae use the comment section to write specific details if you wish. The more information we have, the better!
Gift Wrap & Gift Certificates
Gift wrap is available for additional $5.00. Your gift will be wrapped in beautiful wrapping paper, bow & gift enclosure card. If gift wrap is desired, please indicate in the comment section of your order. Please specify gender and message on gift enclosure card. We can also drop ship your gift directly to the receipient for additional shipping fee. Some larger items cannot be gift wrapped. Gift certificates are available in increments of $25.
Back Orders
We make every effort to maintain stock of all items offered. In the event the item is out of stock, we will make every attempt to ship the item as soon as possible. We will notify you via email in the event there is an item that is on back order.
Personalization
All items include the cost of personalization (monogramming or engraving). Some items are unable to be personalized. If engraving the back of an item, there is an additional fee of $8.00. Custom logos are subject to an additional fee that will be quoted at the time of the order.
Shipping
Our standard shipping and processing charges compensate our company for processing, packing and delivering your purchase. Our standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail.
Time Frame for delivery: Most items will be shipped within 10 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Once the item is shipped you can usually expect delivery within five business days. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email. Additional fee for items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories. We regret we can not ship to foreign countries. Rush orders are available upon request for additional fee of $15.00. We will do our very best to rush your product by the specific date requested, however we cannot guarantee exact delivery day and time. During the holidays, our time frame may be slightly longer due to seasonal demand. Remember to order early!
